Shipping Insights

1. USPS Shipping: While USPS does not guarantee exact transit times, we provide average estimated duration for each method. For instance, USPS First Class Mail, suitable for US orders under 13 ounces, typically reaches its destination within 3-5 days. USPS Flat Rate and Priority Mail have their own respective time frames and conditions.
2. UPS Services: UPS has temporarily suspended its service guarantee for certain services. However, packages usually reach within the standard time frames. Options include UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air, each with its own set of conditions and benefits.
3. Shipping to Canada: For our Canadian patrons, we offer UPS Standard and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Both methods have their own advantages and delivery time frames.

A Few Tips

- UPS shipping rates vary based on factors like the number of boxes, weight, size, and distance. For instance, adding small items to a case of wax might necessitate a second box, leading to a noticeable increase in shipping costs. Sometimes, placing two separate orders might be more economical.

- For larger orders, UPS Hundredweight or TForce Freight might offer substantial savings.

For Canadian Orders

We currently don't offer freight services to Canada, UPS Standard accommodates larger orders seamlessly. For expedited delivery, consider UPS Worldwide Expedited.
