When I first purchased this product I seen a great deal that I jumped on a little too fast the price was more than right and the product was great but trying to reach out to anybody from that company through email through PayPal deemed unsuccessful and it took 2 weeks for one item to be delivered and almost 3 weeks for the next to be delivered I don't know what's going on with this company but because of the non-communication and very long shipping time I would gladly shop somewhere else even if it means paying more for wax nobody wants to wait 3 weeks for something they order. I even filed a dispute on PayPal due to the fact I thought I was being screwed over because of the non-communication then all of a sudden almost 2 weeks later I received an email saying my order shipped. The company says it's in California my Paypal payment was sent to Virginia and my items were shipped from Texas so I just don't know what to make of this place
